Milind Soman, who recently impressed fans by effortlessly doing pull-ups, has completed a 600-km journey from Mumbai to Goa by cycling 90 km and running 21 km every day. This feat was part of the 5th edition of The Fit India Run, in which the model-actor participates each year.

Milind documented his progress on Instagram, sharing how the arduous journey was made easier with the company of his wife, Ankita Konwar. He also added that he enjoys challenging himself every year and feels fulfilled when people are inspired by his passion for fitness.

The actor posted several pictures on Day 1 of the run and wrote: “Fit India Run started today! 5 days, 600 km, Mumbai to Goa. Made it more fun this time by doing the Half Ironman distances for running and cycling every day — 90 km cycling and 21 km running — with the best crew, @ankita_earthy of course, who is doing the running segment with me as well! This kind of challenge is something I do once a year, just to make sure that everything is working properly. Some people tell me it’s inspiring them to do better, and to get fitter so they can enjoy life more — so that’s the icing on the cake. May every Indian be a Fit Indian. Jai Hind! @fitindiaoff.”

In his next post, he revealed that he maintained consistency on Days 2 and 3, keeping up with the cycling and running routine, and described the experience as “amazing.” He added that he takes up this inspiring challenge to explore the full potential of his body and mind at every age.

In another video from Day 4, Milind is seen cycling through rain and wind. He wrote:
“Mumbai to Goa Day 4 — hills and rain, hills and rain, hills and rain and wind. The body feels like it has adapted to the routine of 90 km cycling and 20 km running. Only through challenges like this can you understand and celebrate the incredible strength of the human mind, body, and spirit. And through that understanding, enjoy life to the fullest! #FitIndianRun #Mumbai2Goa”

Finally, the actor shared pictures of reaching Goa, successfully completing the initiative — much to the delight of his fans. His joyful photos show him looking nothing short of a champion.
