Jacqueline Fernandez has always been a fitness enthusiast. Besides her gym workouts, it seems she likes to mix up her routine with alternative forms of training, including pole dancing.

Recently, the actress posted a video where she was seen performing on the pole with grace and confidence, using the strength of her arms and legs. She wrote, “Pure strength and training. Extremely difficult but so worth it once you take off! Back after ages @aarifapoleburnt.”

Reacting to her video, Nargis Fakhri wrote, “In lovvvvveeeeeeee pole dance. It’s sooo fun.” Anusha Dandekar commented, “I’m coming next timeeee.” Makeup artist Savleen Manchanda said, “I will be standing in the corner gawking at you.” Disha Patani wrote, “Damn,” and dropped fire emojis, like several others.

Earlier this year, Jacqueline posted a video performing variations of a headstand like a pro. Her moves were fluid, making her years of practice evident. Fans didn’t miss it, and one wrote, “How smoothly your body moves, it’s amazing.” Another commented, “You are so perfect, Jacky. I know all the hard work that you put in for that amazingly flexible body.”

Talking about movies, Jacqueline was recently seen in the comedy franchise Housefull 5, where she played the role of Lara. The film, which was released in June, also starred Akshay Kumar, Abhishek Bachchan, Riteish Deshmukh, and Sonam Bajwa.

The actress also attended the Cannes Film Festival this year and, in a note, shared: “I have no words to describe how humbled I am to have been an honouree for ‘Women in Cinema’ with @redseafilm at Cannes. Cinema is my love, my passion, and means everything to me! Thank you for acknowledging us and raising us up to reach new heights globally now. Women supporting women and empowering each other in our film industry is what I truly believe in. Thank you so much for making me a part of this imperative and beautiful initiative. Merci.”
