Alaya F is quite the fitness enthusiast. Not only does she perform strength and balance exercises, but she also doesn’t hesitate to experiment with a variety of workouts - some of which are risky and demand serious dedication.
The actress recently posted a video in which she is seen doing a barefoot squat on a balance board placed atop a cylindrical roller. She performs this while holding a metal bar overhead, with weights suspended on either side - making the workout even more complex.
It’s evident Alaya uses all her strength and focus to complete the squat while maintaining her balance. This activity engages core stability, coordination, and lower-body strength. It’s a part of functional training that improves neuromuscular control and posture.
Known also for her style, Alaya didn’t disappoint in the fashion department. She wore a basic grey sports bra and beige shorts - both functional and fashionable. Her toned physique is a result of the hard work she puts in, while her tied-up hair and no-makeup look show how she prefers to stay comfortable during workouts. Sharing the video, the actress joked that people must be used to her performing “weird exercises” by now.
This isn’t the first time Alaya has experimented with balance and strength training. In an earlier video, she performed a headstand with her forearms forming a triangle base. She then picked up a stability ball, placed it between her legs, and held it tightly before bending her legs into a scorpion pose. It’s an advanced move, which Alaya executed with commendable ease.
She captioned that post: “Ball balance + scorpion = iss janam mein toh shanti milegi nahi… Always doing the coolest things with @sunpreet_sing.”
Her Instagram feed reflects how Alaya likes to push boundaries, especially when it comes to fitness. She is also disciplined and doesn’t take her workouts lightly. For her, staying fit seems to be more a lifestyle choice than a compulsion.
