Frequency: 3 straight sets of 15 in a day
Targets: Thighs, glutes, hamstrings
Frequency: 3 × 10 per leg
Targets: Glutes, lower back
Frequency: 3 sets of 20 reps
Targets: Glutes, thighs, calves
Frequency: 3 sets of 12 reps per leg
Targets: Hamstrings, glutes, back
Frequency: 3 sets of 12 reps, 3–4 times a week

Consistency is key
