Young theatre actress Aditi Mukherjee, who worked with the known actor Ashutosh Rana, passed away tragically in a road accident.

She was on the way to Gautam Buddha University in Noida when her taxi was struck by a speeding car. She was rushed to the nearby Sharda Hospital in Greater Noida after being severely injured in an accident. She didn't make it through the terrible accident.

According to reports, Aditi had left home to attend a theatre programme. The theatre community is grieving over the news of Aditi Mukherjee's passing.

Popular theatre director Arvind Gaur took to his Facebook and mourned the death of the young artist. He shared pictures of Aditi and penned, "Aditi Mukherjee, a former student of Asmita Theatre, is no more with us. She was seriously injured in a road accident on the Greater Noida Highway near Pari Chowk yesterday. She was traveling to a play on an app-operated Uber bike. In the accident, she suffered a severe cut on her forehead, which was bleeding profusely."

The post added, "She was immediately rushed to Sharda Hospital in Greater Noida, but Aditi died before treatment could begin due to severe head injuries and heavy bleeding. The police have yet to fully investigate the cause of the accident. It is hoped that they will soon determine the cause and bring the culprit to justice, ensuring justice for Aditi's family."

Talking about Aditi, the theatre director said, "Aditi was a talented, energetic, and enthusiastic actress. She was an active member of Asmita Theatre's 2022 batch. She was currently performing in Ashutosh Rana and Rahul Bhuchar's play "Humare Ram."

He further stated that Aditi suffered a serious head injury in the accident, which led to her death. Her parents have arrived in Delhi from Odisha after hearing the news of their daughter's death. Aditi's passing is tragic news for the theatre world.
