Actor Gurucharan Singh, widely recognized for his role as Sodhi Singh in the hit television show Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah, is the latest name to be rumoured as a contestant on Bigg Boss 19.
Singh's possible participation has drawn a lot of attention as the new season of Salman Khan's well-liked reality show is scheduled to debut on August 24. Anticipation surrounding the contestant lineup is gradually increasing.
According to a report by TellyChakkar, Gurucharan Singh is almost confirmed to join the Bigg Boss 19 house.
Discussions between the actor and the show's creators appear to have progressed, according to people familiar with the situation. Gurucharan is said to be a serious candidate and the front-runner to join this season's squad, even though there hasn't been an official announcement yet.
TellyChakkar also stated, "Makers of reality show are in talks to finalize his inclusion and his participation is almost confirmed."
However, neither Gurucharan Singh nor the Bigg Boss makers have formally confirmed his participation as of yet.
Gurucharan Singh, who is most known for playing Sodhi in Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah, made news last year for a number of reasons. The actor had briefly gone missing, later revealing his financial struggles and challenges in finding work. He also opened up about his health issues during that difficult period.
