Salman Khan starrer Sikandar will soon hit the theatres and fans are already going crazy over the film. The makers have released the trailer of the upcoming film, increasing hype among the audience.
However, Director AR Murugadoss has recently shared a new detail about the film which will only increase the excitement of Salman’s fans.
According to India Today, Murugadoss has revealed that Sikandar is not a remake of any film and explained how it is a completely original story. The director said, “This is a completely original story. Every scene and every frame of Sikandar has been designed and executed with authenticity, offering a fresh narrative and experience.”
Murugadoss added, “It’s not a remake or adaptation of any existing film. An essential part of the film's originality is its stunning background score, crafted by the immensely talented Santosh Narayanan. His music perfectly complements the film’s energetic tone and vibrant visuals, adding an emotional depth that enhances every scene.”
The upcoming action-packed thriller also stars Rashmika Mandanna, Kajal Aggarwal, Suniel Shetty and Prateik Babbar in the key roles.

The movie also brings Salman back together with producer Sajid Nadiadwala, who has produced hit films like Kick and Mujhse Shaadi Karogi. Sikandar is set to hit theaters on Eid, March 28, 2025.
Salman Khan was last seen in Tiger 3 alongside Katrina Kaif and Emraan Hashmi. He has several exciting new projects in the pipeline, including Siddharth Anand's Tiger vs. Pathaan. In the upcoming film, Salman will reunite with superstar and close friend Shah Rukh Khan.
