Actress Shruti Haasan, who has always been open about her experiences in the business, offered fans a fascinating look into the lives of the biggest names in South Indian cinema.
In a recent interview of hers, Shruti Haasan spoke candidly about the stark contrast between the public humility and private personalities of some of the biggest names in the South as she prepares for the release of Coolie, starring superstar Rajinikanth.
Why South Stars Maintain Their Humility in Public
Shruti disclosed on Ranveer Allahbadia's podcast that South Indian actors' humility is frequently a deliberate decision rather than a natural quality.
She clarified the brittle nature of celebrity by saying, "They think that if they aren't humble, it will all go away."
She claims that a lot of celebrities act modestly in public out of a deep-seated fear of losing their fame.
"The key is that they remain humble for the sake of success," Shruti stated.
They believe that they will no longer receive the benefits of the goddess of knowledge, Saraswati ka haath hat jayega. The business of art, art, and artistry is characterised by a great deal of humility.

Shruti's first break came from the Telugu industry.
Despite having experience in various film industries, Shruti is most passionate about Tollywood. "Telugu gave me my first home of success, and it changed my life. I've always felt a connection to Hyderabad," she said.
As a child, the actress recalled going to an award show to accept an award on behalf of her father, Kamal Haasan. She recalled, "I read his speech and said I'd come back one day to take my award."
Despite her early aspirations to become a director, she discovered that being in front of the camera was her true calling.
Collaborating with Well-Known Names: From Rajinikanth to Pawan Kalyan
Working with some of the biggest names in the South, such as Pawan Kalyan, Vijay, Prabhas, and Rajinikanth, Shruti didn't hold back when sharing her thoughts about each of them.
She said, "Pawan Kalyan and Vijay are very quiet gentlemen." However, Prabhas isn't! He is very kind and a lot of fun. Although he is grateful for his success, he treats it with a great deal of casualness. He seems to be still processing everything that has happened to him on some days."
Shruti had nothing but praise for Rajinikanth. He's sharp and cunning, but he's also very warm. I even complimented him on his coolness as a conversation partner. He is very personable and infuses the set with such positive energy. Everyone enjoys working with him.
What’s next for Shruti Haasan?
After co-starring with Prabhas in Salaar, Shruti will be starring alongside the renowned Rajinikanth in Coolie.
Shruti remains a respected and new voice in the industry because of her grounded approach to stardom and her deep connection to her creative roots. According to her, it's all about remaining true to yourself and remembering where you came from, whether you're talking about the movie industry or navigating celebrity.
