A series of videos, allegedly depicting her in a casting couch scenario, went viral on social media, sparking widespread controversy. While the authenticity of these videos remains uncertain, the online backlash that followed was swift and intense, putting the actress at the center of a public storm.

Despite the emotional toll of this incident, Shruthi made a graceful and confident return to the public eye. Attending the audio launch of the upcoming Tamil film Guts, she turned heads in a stunning traditional saree.

Her poised appearance, coupled with her unwavering smile, was seen by many as a powerful statement of resilience and grace in the face of adversity. By showing up at the event, Shruthi subtly addressed her critics, letting her dignified presence do the talking.
Her return was met with an outpouring of support from fans and well-wishers.
