Samantha Ruth Prabhu recently talked about her thoughts on her previous partners moving on to new relationships.
The well-known South Indian actress, who has been open about her personal life, discussed her feelings regarding her former partners starting new chapters.
Her ex-husband, Naga Chaitanya, has recently tied the knot with actress Sobhita Dhulipala, which has drawn attention. Despite the changes in their lives, Samantha expressed a mature perspective on the situation, acknowledging that both her exes' new relationships are part of their journeys, while she continues to focus on her own growth and happiness.
In an interview with GQ India, when asked about her feelings towards those who have moved on, Samantha shared her perspective, expressing that she has no issues with it and is at peace with their decisions.
She said, "I’ve been through too much in my life to dwell on that,"
The conversation then shifted to whether Samantha felt any joy, bitterness, or envy towards her exes' new relationships. She quickly rejected the idea of envy, confidently stating that she harbors no negative emotions. "Oh no. One quality that I completely dissociate myself from is envy. I refuse to let that be a part of my core. I think envy is the root of all evil. Everything else is fine, but there’s no space for anything as unhealthy as envy." She mentioned.

Naga Chaitanya and Samantha tied the knot in 2017 but announced their separation in 2021. Since then, both have moved on with their personal and professional lives.
Recently, Naga Chaitanya married model-actor Sobhita Dhulipala in an intimate ceremony, attended by close family and friends.
Meanwhile, Samantha has several projects lined up. Her upcoming films include Maa Inti Bangaram and Rakt Brahmand. She was recently seen in Citadel: Honey Bunny.
