Bollywood superstar Salman Khan is currently gearing up for his upcoming film, Battle of Galwan. The actor has poured his heart and soul into the film and recently spoke about the intense preparation.
During his latest appearance at the Indian Supercross Racing League (ISRL) Season 2 launch on July 16, the actor talked about his upcoming film with PTI. He detailed his intense preparation, calling it one of the most "physically demanding" projects of his career.
Salman said, “It is physically demanding. Every year, every month, every day it gets more and more difficult. I've to give more time now (for training). Earlier, I would do it (train) in one or two weeks, now I'm running, kicking, punching, and all that stuff. This film demands that.”
The actor explained, “For instance, in 'Sikandar' the action was different, the character was different. But this is physically difficult. Besides, shooting in Ladakh, in high altitude and in cold water (is another challenge).”
The actor further teased the shoot schedule and revealed that the crew will be heading to Ladakh later this month.

He said, “When I was signing the film, I thought it's amazing but it's a very, very difficult film to do. I've 20 days (of work) in Ladakh and then seven to eight days (of shoot) in cold water. We will be shooting this month.”
Directed by Apoorva Lakhia, the upcoming film is based on the 2020 Galwan Valley conflict between India and China, which was fought at over 15,000 feet above sea level without a single bullet being fired. He will star alongside Chitrangda Singh in the film. Salman also confirmed that Bajrangi Bhaijaan sequel is currently in the works.
