Actor Saif Ali Khan returned home on Tuesday after being discharged from the hospital following a shocking attack at his residence on January 16, where he was stabbed by an intruder. In the immediate aftermath of the incident, Saif was rushed to Lilavati Hospital in an auto-rickshaw for urgent medical attention.

Now, having recovered and been discharged in stable condition, the actor made it a point to meet the auto driver who had helped him during the emergency. Before heading home, Saif expressed his gratitude by greeting and even hugging the driver, acknowledging his timely assistance.

According to a source quoted by ETimes, Saif Ali Khan expressed his gratitude by giving the auto-rickshaw driver Rs 50,000 as a token of appreciation.

The Auto driver, who took Saif to the hospital, his name is Bhajan Singh Rana.

As reported by ETimes, when asked about his conversation with Saif, Rana shared that the actor praised him for his timely help, saying he had done a great job by getting him to the hospital on time.

When asked if he received any money from Saif after bringing him home, the rickshaw driver responded that he couldn't disclose such details. He added that he had no demands and was content with whatever Saif chose to give or not give, mentioning that he simply accepted what was offered.

After spending five days in the hospital recovering, actor Saif Ali Khan was discharged on Tuesday and finally returned home. Social media videos captured his residence illuminated with dazzling lights, creating a warm and celebratory atmosphere. The heartfelt gesture added to the joy and relief felt by fans and well-wishers, who were delighted to see him back in the comfort of his home. His homecoming marked a hopeful and positive turn following the distressing incident.
