  • Yash was involved in a land dispute in Hassan, Karnataka in March 2021
  • Both Yash's family and neighbors filed complaints, leading to police involvement
  • Yash offered 10 acres to the community to resolve the conflict

Before the KGF franchise made Kannada star Yash famous all over India, he was in the news for a scandal in March 2021. There was a fight over land in Hassan, Karnataka, where he lived. Fans didn't typically get to see how the actor handled problems in real life.

People in the village of Thimmanahalli-Dudda said that Yash's family was taking over the land next door by levelling it and building on an empty lot. People in the vicinity said that the actor's parents had come with bulldozers to build what they thought was a road. The goal, according to Yash's side, was to build a wall around their land to keep it safe.

When things got worse between Yash's family and their neighbours, they called the police. In the end, both sides filed complaints and counter-complaints, and the government had to step in to help things calm down.

Yash told the press what was going on after being escorted to the Dudda police station. He did this in his typical honest way. He said he bought the land to farm it and become a successful farmer, not to get rich or famous. The actor said he was from Karnataka and denied being from anywhere else. He also said that he wouldn't let anyone "harass or target" his parents. He even said he would give the community 10 acres of his land to make things better.

Yash's public display of passion showed how much he loved his family and home state. It also shows that even famous people may care about local issues when they think they might lose something.

This episode is a fantastic example of how fame and regular problems can mix. It showed that the performer would protect his family and vision, even when people were watching.
