Fans are once again inspired by Samantha Ruth Prabhu's continuous commitment to fitness. The actress shared two great gym images with her trainer, showing off her well-defined back muscles, which she had formerly thought were impossible to have.
Samantha said she had "pretty much given up on ever having a strong back," but she kept training hard. "I really assumed that wasn't in my genes. When I saw other individuals with nice backs, I thought, "Yeah, that's not going to be me."
She wrote, "But I was wrong." The actress stressed that her change took a lot of hard work and dedication, especially on days when it was easier to give up.
Samantha says that strength training changed a lot more than simply her body. It helped her move better, deal with becoming older, and learn discipline, patience, and how to bounce back. "Don't give up if you're almost there." She told her fans, "Your future self will be so grateful you kept going."
Clapping Back at Bad Things. A lot of people liked the message; however, one person said, "One should not exercise so much that one looks thin." Samantha quickly and firmly said, "I'll ask for your advice when I need it."
Her quick response put an end to the comment and made her point that fitness is a personal journey and not a place for body-shaming comments. Samantha's Next Steps Samantha is working on a number of interesting projects at the same time.
She just made her first appearance as a producer in a horror-comedy and is now filming the online series Rakt Brahmand: The Bloody Kingdom with Aditya Roy Kapur.
