Tamil superstar Ajith Kumar has recently taken the Mahindra Formula E Gen 2 for a test drive in Andalucia, Spain. The official social media handle of the actor’s racing team has shared a glimpse of the test drive.

The Instagram account of Ajith Kumar Racing Team shared a series of pictures of the test drive and penned in the caption, “Ajith Kumar Tests Mahindra Formula E Gen 2 car at Andalucia, Spain. Stay tuned for more updates. #ajithkumarracing #akr #mahindra #formulae.”

Ajith acknowledged the support he received during the session and conveyed his gratitude for the opportunity to participate in the event.

Ajith was able to operate the Mahindra Formula E Gen 2 vehicle during the test, which was conducted in Andalucia, Spain. The actor publicly expressed gratitude towards his supporters following the test drive.

The actor said, “I would like to thank Mr Anand Mahindra and Team Mahindra Formula E for giving me this wonderful opportunity to test drive and experience their Formula E Gen 2 car. I also wish to thank racing driver Nyck de Vries for sharing his experiences and suggestions that enabled me adapt to the car."

Tamil superstar has taken a brief hiatus from acting to focus on his racing career. The actor was last seen in films Vidaamuyarchi and Good Bad Ugly this year. The second release proved to be a huge hit in theatres, whereas the first film got a mediocre reception from the audience.

Meanwhile, Ajith Kumar has signed his upcoming, as-yet-unannounced movie.
