This appraisal has instigated a bidding contest among premier distribution companies of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.

Lokesh Kanagaraj, the director who delivered blockbuster films like Vikram and Kaithi, is directing Coolie - one of the most anticipated films of 2025.

Because of Lokesh's nail-biting direction and Rajinikanth's ultra-mass power, the expectations of all distributors and fans are through the roof. If these two team up we can already expect a lot from this movie.

As per industry sources, several leading distributors are in negotiations with the production house, and some are reportedly ready to match or even exceed the quoted ₹40 crore figure.
