Kangana Ranaut has been praised by actor-politician Pawan Kalyan, who is currently promoting his recently released movie Hari Hara Veera Mallu. He has named her as his top pick for a possible collaboration, surpassing Bollywood celebrities Kareena Kapoor and Priyanka Chopra.
In a candid interview with Hauterfly, Pawan Kalyan was asked to select one of several prominent women in a quick-fire round. At first, he chose Kriti Sanon over Kiara Advani, Deepika Padukone, and Alia Bhatt. But he immediately leaned toward Kangana when asked to choose between the two. When given the names of Kangana, Kareena, and Priyanka, the actor went on to explain, stating, "It depends on the film, but I still feel… looking at how she portrayed Indira Gandhi (in Emergency), I think I should go with the stronger person, Kangana Ranaut."
Kangana Reacts Appreciatively
Kangana Ranaut shared the video clip on her Instagram Stories after being moved by Pawan Kalyan's kind remarks. She called it a moment of appreciation from a "veteran star" and used heart emojis and folded hands to show her gratitude.
Concerning Hari Hara Veera Mallu
The story of an outlaw (Pawan Kalyan) who opposes the power of the empire is told in Hari Hara Veera Mallu, which is set against the lavish backdrop of the Mughal era. Nidhhi Agerwal portrays the devadasi Panchami, and Bobby Deol portrays Aurangzeb. MM Keeravaani composed the music for the Krish Jagarlamudi-directed and A.M. Rathnam-produced movie.
Speaking at a recent event in Amaravati, Pawan Kalyan disclosed that the success of the first Hari Hara Veera Mallu movie and his own availability will determine whether a sequel is produced. "The success of the sequel also depends on God's blessings," he continued.
Future Initiatives
In addition, Pawan Kalyan is preparing for his upcoming film roles in Ustaad Bhagat Singh and They Call Him OG, which are both anticipated to be released soon.
In the meantime, Kangana Ranaut, who most recently portrayed Indira Gandhi in her film Emergency, will next be seen opposite R. Madhavan in a Tamil psychological thriller that is directed by AL Vijay. In addition, she is working on Bharat Bhagya Vidhata, which will keep her occupied on several levels.
