Rohit Saraf and Jibraan Khan starrer ‘Ishq Vishk: Rebound’ first look posters out, release date preponed

The highly anticipated sequel to the 2003 romantic comedy film starring Bollywood superstar Shahid Kapoor ‘Ishq Vishk, titled ‘Ishq Vishk: Rebound’ has just released its character posters of the lead stars Rohit Saraf, Pashmina Roshan, Naila Grrewal, and Jibraan Khan.

The official account for Tips Films posted the first look posters on its Instagram handle. The four leads are seen smiling and holding props in the blue green coloured posters.

Rohit Saraf’s character’s name is revealed as Raghav. He is photographed holding a diary which seemingly indicates that his character is a writer. Pashmina Roshan’s character’s name is Sanya and she’s seen holding golf clubs which implies that she might be a golf player in the film. Jibraan Khan’s name in the film is Sahir and he is shown lifting dumbbells. Naila Grrewal’s character’s name is Riya who is seen holding a cup.

The post also included another good news for the fans who are looking forward to this sequel. The original release date of the film was 28 June but it has now been preponed to 21 June.

The romance sequel is directed by Nipun Avinash Dharmadhikari and it is produced by Ramesh Taurani and Jaya Taurani. The sequel will follow the lives of four young people who get trapped in a web of love, friendship and self discovery.

The sequel lead star Rohit Saraf was interviewed by News18 wherein he revealed that he is not nervous about the film at all.

“I am actually very excited. Nervousness comes in just before a project is about to drop, but before that, there is just a ton of excitement. I am really looking forward to it. I feel like it is something that audiences will enjoy. My audience will enjoy,” he said.
