Lawrence Bishnoi's gang has demanded an apology from Bollywood superstar Salman Khan regarding the Black Buck poaching case. Recently, Devendra Budiya, President of the All India Bishnoi Society, issued a statement arguing that the Bollywood superstar's apology would be considered if he seeks forgiveness.

He emphasized, "If Salman himself apologizes, the Bishnoi society will consider the apology. The mistake was not made by Somy Ali, but it was committed by Salman," quoting the Bishnoi gang leader from news agency IANS.

The Bishnoi gang leader further instructed that Salman should approach the Bishnoi society to express his desire to apologise. He should visit the temple to seek forgiveness and take an oath to never repeat such mistakes. Additionally, he should commit himself to protecting wildlife and conserving the environment. This gesture would lead the society to consider forgiving him.

Salman Khan was accused of hunting Chinkaras at Bawad in Mathania near Jodhpur in September 1998 during the shooting of 'Hum Saath Saath Hain.' The Bishnoi community, which reveres Black Bucks as reincarnations of their spiritual leader Bhagwan Jambeshwar (also known as Jambaji), filed the complaint. Salman Khan was arrested the same year but later granted bail. In July 2016, the Rajasthan High Court acquitted Salman, citing a lack of evidence against him. However, the Rajasthan government appealed the high court's decision to the Supreme Court.

The Bishnoi gang leader's statement comes a month after gunshots were fired outside Khan's Galaxy Apartments in Mumbai's Bandra area. Anmol Bishnoi, Lawrence Bishnoi's brother, claimed responsibility for the shooting via a Facebook post.

Six accused have been arrested in the case so far. Earlier this month, Anuj Thapan, one of the arrested, allegedly died by suicide in Mumbai Police custody. The police claim Thapan killed himself in prison, but his family suspects foul play, alleging he was murdered.

Fans are concerned about Salman Khan's security, but the actor has not issued any official statement regarding the shooting incident as of now.
