Mira Kapoor gives sneak peek into her Rs 58 crore sea-facing Mumbai duplex

Mira Rajput has recently taken her followers inside her and husband Shahid Kapoor’s sea-facing Mumbai home. The 10,000 sq ft duplex home features the perfect blend of Shahid and Mira’s style, aesthetics and personality.

In a recent interview with Architectural Digest, Mira Rajput reflects on her Mumbai home. The entrepreneur shared, “Shahid and I have very different aesthetics. It was about finding the balance between form and function for both of us: trying to get a sense of calm and allowing both of our personalities to shine.”

According to New18’s 2022 reports, Shahid and Mira’s Mumbai residence is valued at Rs 58 crore. The couple’s cozy place is a luxurious sea-facing apartment in Worli's Three Sixty West skyscraper. The couple, along with their children Misha and Zain, enjoys breathtaking views of the Bandra-Worli Sea Link from their four-bedroom duplex home.

Designed by architect Annkur Khosla, the house seamlessly blends comfort and modern sophistication. The duplex includes a glam room, guest room, DJ setup, open-air gym, pantry, and office on the upper level. Meanwhile, the interior design incorporates natural light, greenery, clean lines, earthy tones, and rich textures, reminiscent of Mira's childhood home.

The house was designed online over 14 months during the pandemic and executed with the help of contractor Laxman Mistry. Some of the elements of the house are hand-picked by Mira herself. She carefully curated the home’s artistic elements including a Radhakrishnan sculpture, which was her first art purchase, in the entrance lobby, a colour-changing Yuvaan Bothysathuvar piece in the dining room, and a stunning Subodh Kerkar work that Shahid loved.

Mira Rajput and Shahid Kapoor tied the knot on July 7, 2015. The couple’s marriage was arranged. They are parents to two children, daughter Misha and son Zain Kapoor. Misha was born in 2016 and Zain was born in 2018.
