The tragic and untimely death of Chinese actor Yu Menglong at the age of 37 has left many unanswered questions. In the latest twist, a senior public security official has reportedly been accused of protecting those behind the actor’s mysterious death.

According to a report by Vision Times, a whistleblower known online as Lin Beichuan, who claims to be a Red Descendant, has publicly accused a high-ranking official of shielding key individuals involved in Yu’s death. In a statement, Lin asserted, “The person I reported is the only one who's been specifically and directly accused. He’s the real protagonist — the artery. Everyone else is just a decoy or scapegoat.” His post has since fueled widespread speculation and fear.

Lin also issued a warning to his followers on social media, stating that if he went silent or posted anything against his will, it would mean he had been “controlled.” He emphasised that he would never compromise or speak against his conscience, hinting at the dangerous stakes of his revelation.

With each new allegation, public suspicion surrounding Yu Menglong’s death intensifies. There have been calls for a rigorous investigation with petitions coming across online platforms. The actor’s death has now sparked global interest, with many questioning whether powerful entities are actively suppressing the truth.

Adding to this, a source close to the situation reportedly told Vision Times that Lin’s accusations have “reached the highest levels of the Party,” suggesting that political influence may already be at play. The insider added, “He’s really gone head-on with them this time. Let’s hope someone can protect him; otherwise, it’s dangerous. This has reached the point where only one's political background can save them.”

Earlier reports had already implicated the Beijing Art Museum, where disturbing claims emerged regarding Yu’s body. A whistleblower from inside the facility alleged that the actor's remains may have been treated with formalin, possibly undergoing a process known as biological plastination, a method used to preserve bodies for anatomical display.

The whistleblower described a grim scene, recalling a late-night movement of the body. “Around three in the morning, Yan Shijie, director of the Red Brick Art Museum, came with a team through a tunnel,” the source said. “He was covered only with a black cloth. I saw purple marks on his ankles.”
