Kayadu Lohar has become a well-known name in the Tamil and Telugu film industries. She gained popularity after her role in the Tamil movie Dragon, which brought her into the limelight. With her stunning looks and strong screen presence, she has quickly become one of the most sought-after actresses.

Kayadu Lohar was born in Tezpur, Assam. She completed her education with a degree in Commerce (B.Com). Before entering the film industry, she participated in a jewellery pageant contest, which marked the beginning of her journey in the world of glamour. Later, she won Times of India’s Everyuth Fresh Face Season 12, which helped her step into modeling and acting.

Kayadu started her acting career with the Kannada movie Mugilpetet in 2021. She then ventured into Malayalam cinema with Pathonpatham Noottandu, which was released on 8th September 2022.

She also worked in the Telugu film Alluri alongside Shree Vishnu. In addition to Tamil, Telugu, and Malayalam films, she has also made her debut in Marathi cinema with the movie I Prem U.

Despite appearing in multiple films, Kayadu Lohar struggled to find a breakthrough role. However, her life changed after the release of Dragon, a Tamil coming-of-age comedy-drama directed by Ashwath Marimuthu and produced by AGS Entertainment.

The movie starred Pradeep Ranganathan in the lead role and featured actors like Anupama Parameswaran, George Maryan, K. S. Ravikumar, Gautham Vasudev Menon, and Mysskin.

The movie’s success catapulted Kayadu into the spotlight, and she became a sensation in Tamil cinema. Her performance was widely appreciated, and her beauty and charm mesmerized the audience. Following the success of Dragon, she has been in high demand in the Tamil and Telugu industries.

Kayadu Lohar is currently gearing up for her next big project, Idhayam Murali, a Tamil romantic drama. The film is directed and produced by Aakash Baskaran under Dawn Pictures. It stars Atharvaa in the lead role and features other talented actors like Preity Mukhundhan, Natty Subramaniam, Niharika NM, Thaman S, Rakshan, Pragya Nagra, and Sudhakar.

This movie is special because it marks Aakash Baskaran’s directorial debut and also sees Thaman S returning to acting after 22 years.

Kayadu Lohar has been trending on social media ever since Dragon’s release. During a promotional event, lead actor Pradeep Ranganathan found a meme on her phone predicting that she would be the next big star. She playfully responded that if no one else hypes you up, you should do it yourself!

With her growing fan base and back-to-back projects, Kayadu Lohar is on her way to becoming one of the most influential actresses in South Indian cinema.
