Bollywood actress Kajol, who has delivered many hits and superhit films in her over three-decade-long career, says she has no regrets about losing the movies she has herself said no to in the past.
Kajol, a name synonymous with films like Dilwale Dulhaniya Le Jayenge, Kuch Kuch Hota Hai, Gupt, Karan Arjun and many more, is going to be seen in the horror thriller Maa.
The actress has been busy promoting the upcoming movie and during one such interaction with Pinkvilla, she revealed that she had turned down several projects that later became box office hits.
She had said no to Aamir Khan and Kareena Kapoor's superhit movie 3 Idiots but says she has no regrets.

“Lots of times, the prime example is 3 Idiots. I feel that those films were theirs, you know, jaise bolte hain na jiska likha hua hai usko hi milta hai… Toh, I think that I have done very well for myself without them (what is destined will happen; it was those actors' destiny to star in that film).
During the same interview, Kajol was also asked if she would be interested in doing another love story with Shah Rukh Khan.
“I would love to see a film like that, yes, definitely! Why not? One can definitely suggest it to Shah Rukh as well. But we will see.”
SRK and Kajol have worked in many iconic movies like Kuch Kuch Hota Hai, Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge, Kabhie Khushi Kabhie Gham, and Karan Arjun, to name a few from the long list.
Kajol will next be seen in Maa, which has been directed by Vishal Furia.
Kapjol is playing the role of a fierce, protective mother who takes up the fight to save her daughter from the demons.
Maa, which also had Indraneil Sengupta, Ronit Roy, Jitin Gulati, and Kherin Sharma, is going to be released in theaters on 27 June.
