Singer and Songwriter Justin Bieber has recently sparked concerns among his fans with his series of social media posts on Friday. In his Instagram posts, the singer seeks God's help during a difficult time.
However, he didn’t elaborate on his tough time, but his post came amidst his former mentor Sean "Diddy" Combs' ongoing sex-trafficking trial.
He dubbed himself as “just an average flawed guy” who unintentionally hurts others. He also expressed fears of being exposed or taken advantage of, revealing his struggles.
He wrote, "I sometimes think im gonna get exposed if I tell people how selfish I am. Like if I admitted that, maybe people wouldn’t like me or trust me. I thought if I was honest about the selfish things I was feeling, that I was gonna be disqualified from the dreams I had of being included.”
However, Justin also revealed the good impact that love has had on his life and penned, “Love draws us in. Love doesn’t condemn. Love believes the best. Love hopes all things and endures all things.”
The singer added, “It doesn’t keep a record of wrongs. Love helps u to forgive and love even your enemies.”
Justin Bieber further expressed concern that his fans would lose liking and trust in him if his self-centred behaviour was exposed. He admitted, “I've been really asking god to help me see the best in people Even after being used in the way I have.”
The post came after Justin Bieber and Hailey Bieber's marriage faced new rumors of trouble and speculation about divorce after they unfollowed each other on social media. Sources suggest their marital issues began after the birth of their son, Jack Blues, and have got worse by Bieber's alleged relapse into substance use.
