Pop sensation Justin Bieber is in the news again, this time for a string of open and passionate social media posts that have deeply alarmed his followers.
The "Baby" hitmaker has publicly acknowledged that he has been dealing with serious personal issues and that the constant emphasis on bettering himself has left him feeling "exhausted."
In a poignant Instagram message, Justin lamented his situation, stating, “People keep telling me to heal. Don't you think if I could have fixed myself, I would have already?” He unequivocally acknowledged his personal challenges, declaring, “I know I'm broken. I know I have anger issues.”
However, the 31-year-old singer revealed that his continuous efforts to mend his life are ironically leading to increased fatigue and a heightened sense of self-centredness, which he described as “exhausting.”
He elaborated on this paradox, writing, “I tried to do the work my whole life to be like the people who told me I needed to be fixed like them, and it just keeps making me more tired and more angry.” He added, “The harder I try to grow, the more focused on myself I am,” concluding with a raw admission: “Honestly, I'm exhausted with thinking about myself lately.”
A few hours later, in a separate post, Justin shared a series of distorted self-portraits accompanied by the cryptic caption, “If u wanna know where I’m parked.”
These introspective posts followed a seemingly contentious exchange with his wife, Hailey Bieber, on Father's Day. For his first Father’s Day, Justin had initially posted a black-and-white photo of himself with the caption, “I’m a dad that’s not to be fed,”* to which Hailey, according to BuzzFeed, reportedly retaliated with the comment, “Father’s Day sks a**.”** This appeared to be a retaliatory remark for Justin's previous Mother’s Day comment on Hailey's first Mother’s Day post with their son, Jack Blues.
On Monday, Justin Bieber escalated his unfiltered communication, appearing to share screenshots of an intense text conversation. In a powerful message to his audience, one of his story panels read: “QUIT ASKING ME IF I’M OKAY QUIT ASKING ME HOW I’M DOING I DON’T DO THAT TO YOU BECAUSE I KNOW HOW LIFE IS FOR ALL OF US IT’S HARD LET’S ENCOURAGE OUR PEOPLE NOT PROJECT OUR INSECURITIES ONTO ONE ANOTHER YOUR CONCERN DOESN’T COME OFF AS CARE IT’S JUST OPPRESSIVE WEIRDO.” This emotionally raw outburst seemingly reflects Bieber’s deep frustration with how his emotions and past trauma are perceived and handled by others.
On his main feed, he posted three screenshots depicting what appeared to be an intense discussion about emotional boundaries and the origins of anger stemming from past pain. He captioned these, “I will never suppress my emotions for someone. Conflict is a part of relationship. If you don’t like my anger, you don’t like me. My anger is a response to pain I have been through. Asking a traumatized person not to be traumatized is simply mean.”
The subsequent part of the conversation hinted at feelings of rejection and self-preservation: “I’m not not used to someone lashing out at me. It’s not that I don’t see and feel your anger.” The response to this was stark: “Ouch. This friendship is officially over. I will never accept a man calling my anger lashing out. I wasn’t kidding when I told you I didn’t need you as a friend. I have good friends who will respect these boundaries.”
The final screenshot of the exchange was even more direct and confrontational: “I thought you were a puy. Which is why I always kept my distance but I was willing to give you the benefit of the doubt. This confirms you were the puy I always thought you were.” The exchange concluded with the message: “Please leave me alone now.”

It remains unclear whether this series of posts was a personal vent, a fictional dramatisation, or a deliberate statement piece on emotional well-being.
Nevertheless, it has left fans with divided opinions, with some commending Bieber for normalising emotional honesty and trauma responses, while others have expressed unease over the aggressive tone.
