HyunA reportedly tying the knot with former Jun Hyung in October, Agency replies

HyunA and former Highlight member Yong Jun Hyung.

HyunA and Yong Jun Hyung had made their relationship official in January this year by posting a picture together. The announcement came after HyunA broke up with her ex-beau Dawn. Hyun and Dawn were engaged and had dated each other for six years before calling it quits.

In an exclusive report by South Korean media outlet YTN, Hyun A is going to get married to her boyfriend and that the couple has reserved October 11 for the D day. The wedding is likely to be held in Seoul.

Yong Jun Hyung‘s agency BLACK MADE has responded to the reports of the impending marriage and said "this is the first time they were hearing such news." In a statement to Newsen, the agency said, This is the first time we are hearing of this. We will release a statement after verifying the facts.

HyunA's agency AT AREA hasn't responded to the media reports till now.

A source close to the stars had told YTN: "They have been friends for a long time and understand the challenges of the entertainment industry well. Their trust and faith are strong because they comfort and sympathize with each other. They recently transitioned from friends to lovers and have decided to marry because they are convinced of their love,”

After ending her relationship with Dawn in November 2022, K-pop star HyunA found love with Yong Jun Hyung.

HyunA, who left JYP Entertainment in 2008, joined Cube Entertainment and she made her debut with the new girl group 4MINUTE.

Yong Jun Hyung, who was then 19-year-old in 2008, also made his debut with Cube Entertainment in the six-member boy group BEAST.
