A deeply emotional video of Govinda’s wife, Sunita Ahuja, has surfaced online, showing her in tears at a Maa Kali temple.
In the clip, Sunita can be seen sitting on the temple steps, wiping her own tears, and trying to compose herself while speaking to the temple priest about her pain. Despite her efforts to hold back, her emotions clearly overwhelm her.
Speaking to the priest, Sunita revealed her lifelong devotion to the goddess. “Since childhood, my mother used to take me to the Mahalakshmi Temple in Mumbai. I was just eight or nine years old when I began visiting regularly. I have always had a deep connection with the goddess,” she shared.
She went on to recall that after meeting actor Govinda, she prayed earnestly for their marriage. “I kept asking Maa to bless me with this marriage so that I could live a good life. I trust the goddess completely, and she fulfilled all my wishes. I married Govinda, and she blessed me with two wonderful children,” Sunita said with gratitude.
However, she also addressed personal challenges. “Life is not always easy. Even if I see certain things happening today, my faith in Maa Kali is unshakable. Whoever tries to break my home should know—Maa Kali is watching,” she stated firmly.

Sunita added a warning to those who might hurt her: “Anyone who causes pain to a good person or a good woman will face Maa Kali’s wrath. She will cut down the wrongdoers. It is not right to hurt someone who has done no wrong.”
The emotional video has left fans concerned for Sunita while also admiring her deep faith. The couple, who have been married for decades, have weathered many ups and downs.
