Filmmaker and producer Rakesh Roshan has redefined his fitness goals at the age of 75. He has recently taken to his Instagram and shared a video while giving a glimpse into his intense workout routine, proving to everyone that age is just a number. The veteran filmmaker has just become an inspiration for many fitness freaks.
Alongside the video, he penned in the caption, “It’s not about being healthy-it’s about feeling your best every day. @the_mskhan @haroon_khan_fitness.”
The video starts with Rakesh Roshan doing boxing, showing his fast punches. He then moves to the barbell back squat. The filmmaker also performs leg exercises by using a medicine ball, seated cable row with a hop, pull-ups with an exercise ball, leg stretches, high kicks and burpees.
The filmmaker sported an all-black workout outfit with white sports shoes.
Several Bollywood celebrities and fans took to the comment section to compliment his fitness routine, with some of them calling him an ‘inspiration.’
Comedian Kiku Sharda commented, “Sir this is incredible.” Rakesh Roshan’s daughter Sunaina Roshan said, “Ironman… my inspiration to fit to be true, more power to you papa.” Hrithik Roshan penned, “Uff damn ! Too good papa !” Tiger Shroff wrote, “Lovely sir.” Suniel Shetty, action choreographer Sham Kausha and actor Ravi Behl, also cheered him up in the comment section.

Rakesh Roshan got candid about his fitness journey and the health transformation after his battle with cancer. The filmmaker was diagnosed with throat cancer in December 2018.
On the work front, Rakesh Roshan is gearing up for the most-awaited film, Krrish 4, with his son, Hrithik Roshan. He has previously shared a throwback photo on his Instagram and announced that Hrithik will make his directorial debut with the upcoming film.
