BTS' Jungkook turns 27; j-Hope and RM share birthday wishes for their Golden Maknae

Jungkook, the youngest member of BTS, celebrates his 27th birthday today. His bandmates j-Hope and RM took to Instagram to share their heartfelt wishes. This marks the first time RM and j-Hope have updated their Instagram accounts since SUGA's DUI incident.

j-Hope shared a photo of Jungkook cooking, captioning it, “Happy birthday to my brother, let’s get discharged in good health.” His message not also expressed hopes for their well-being during their military service.

Shortly after, RM updated his Instagram story, sharing Jungkook’s song “Yes or No” from his album GOLDEN, accompanied by cake and heart emojis.

Currently, j-Hope is serving as an active-duty soldier in the military. He is set to be discharged on October 17, 2024. Known for his exceptional rapping and dancing skills, j-Hope recently made a comeback with his album HOPE ON THE STREET VOL. 1, released on March 29, 2024. The album features the lead track NEURON, which includes collaborations with Yoon Mirae and Gaeko, as well as songs featuring Jungkook, LE SSERAFIM’s Huh Yunjin, Nile Rodgers, and Benny Blanco.

RM is also serving as an active-duty soldier in the Special Task Force (SDT) of the Army Capital Defense Command. RM made a comeback with his album Right Place, Wrong Person on May 24, 2024.

Jin was discharged from the military on June 12, 2024. To celebrate his return, he hosted a special 'hug' event where he embraced 1,000 lucky ARMYs and presented a special stage performance to mark FESTA Day.
