South Korean popular record label BIGHIT has introduced some of the biggest boy bands, including BTS and Tomorrow X Together (TXT). However, the company has recently announced that it will soon debut a new boy band in the third quarter of 2025.
BigHit announced that the new boy band will be “the next generation of creators.”
However, the company is yet to reveal the name, members, their line-ups and the genre of the boy band.
Soompi has reported that BIGHIT has described the new group as “a next-generation creator crew that will express themselves in an entirely new way.”
Additionally, BIGHIT, a subsidiary of HYBE, will personally participate in the production of “not only their music, but also their choreography and videos.”
The agency further noted in the announcement, “Starting last year, the members (of the new group) proved their creative abilities by contributing to the production of music and performances by senior HYBE artists.”
However, the new boy band is not the only news that the K-pop fans are eyeing for, as BTS members are all set to reunite this year after completing their mandatory military service in July.
Jin and J-hope have already returned and started their solo projects with the remaining members, RM, Suga, Taehyung, Jimin and Jungkook, expected to resume their musical careers soon. Besides this, BTS ARMY are also expecting the band to reunite once again for new group music and announce their potential world tour.
