Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan turned 60 this year and received heartfelt wishes from the entertainment industry. However, politician Shashi Tharoor also showered birthday wishes with a special social media post, and SRK has a quirky reply to it.
In the birthday post, Shashi Tharoor had hilariously predicted that during SRK's 70th birthday, “he'll be auditioning for teenage roles.” The politician added, “Mercifully, I don’t expect to be around when he turns into a child star.”
He also wrote, "I suspect the official story is a cover-up & that SRK is actually starring in a real-life, decades-long, global-scale Bollywood adaptation of 'The Curious Case of Benjamin Button.' He's ageing in reverse."
Shah Rukh has recently responded to the birthday wishes and replying to Shashi Tharoor, the actor wrote, “Thank u… Although I’m sure you will be around to see me playing the “child star”… and I will copy your hairstyle then. Ha ha..”

Shah Rukh Khan planned a special closed-door fan event in Bandra, Mumbai, this year as part of a more private celebration. Citing security concerns, SRK had announced on the eve of his birthday that he would skip this year's yearly ritual of waving at fans from the Mannat balcony.
SRK cut a three-tier cake during the indoor event, took a huge group selfie with fans, and then briefly emerged to greet the crowd outside.
On the work front, Shah Rukh Khan is gearing up for his next big project, King, alongside his daughter Suhana Khan, Deepika Padukone, Abhishek Bachchan and others.
King is slated to hit the theatres next year.
