Veteran Bollywood actor Sanjay Mishra, who is riding on the success of Vadh 2, has recently expressed his admiration for Babil Khan. While promoting his film on a chat show, Sanjay Mishra, one of the most renowned and recognised actors in the Indian film business, made a particularly noteworthy comparison.

He praised the young actor, comparing him to his late, renowned father, Irrfan Khan.

Speaking on the show, Sanjay Mishra said, “Bada cute lagta Hain yaar. Kabhi Kabar lagta Hain young Irrfan Bhai, NSD wale."

Irrfan Khan is still regarded as one of India's most renowned performers, and his formative years at the National School of Drama are frequently recalled for the authenticity and nuance he infused into his performances.

Speaking about Sanjay Mishra, he most recently starred alongside Neena Gupta in Vadh 2. The movie builds upon the moral universe that was first presented in Vadh (2022), recalling its predecessor while boldly establishing its own identity. It centres on Manju (Neena Gupta) and Shambhunath “Shambhu” Mishra (Sanjay Mishra), who keep their identities while recreating their lives in a startling role reversal.
