Bollywood actress Esha Deol and her ex husband Bharat Takhtani were spotted spending quality family time in Mumbai.

Bharat took to his Instagram Stories to share a warm picture from their Sunday outing and he captioned it “Family Sunday” with a heart emoji.

Bharat and Esha were seen with her sister Ahana Deol, and a close friend. All four were seen smiling and there seemed to be a positive camaraderie and comfort between former couple Bharat and Esha despite their separation.

Esha and Bharat’s divorce was finalised on grounds of incompatibility and growing differences. Despite this, the two have maintained an amicable relationship and prioritising their daughters Radhya and Miraya above all.

The two continue to co-parent their daughters.

Esha Deol, elder daughter of Dharmendra and Hema Malini, tied the knot with businessman Bharat Takhtani on June 29, 2012, in a traditional ceremony which was attended by top Bollywood stars and business elites.

Their love story, which actually began in their teenage years, was once loved as a fairytale romance.

After 11 years of marriage, the couple announced their separation in February 2024. Bharat seems to have moved ahead in his personal life and recently introduced his new girlfriend.

Despite their split, their recent reunion highlights mutual respect and friendship, a rare example of graceful co-parenting in Bollywood.
