Bollywood Singer Shaan and wife Radhika acquire Rs. 10 crore property in Pune

Renowned Bollywood playback singer Shantanu Mukherjee, popularly known as Shaan, along with his wife Radhika Mukherjee, has acquired a high-value residential property in Prabhachiwadi, Pune. The transaction, valued at Rs. 10 crore, was officially registered in March 2025, according to documents available on the website of the Inspector General of Registration (IGR), Maharashtra, and reviewed by Square Yards.

Located in the serene and developing region of Prabhachiwadi in Maval taluka, the property lies within the Pune Metropolitan Region. The area is known for its lush, rural surroundings and is fast gaining traction among homebuyers and investors due to ongoing infrastructural developments. Its proximity to the Mumbai-Pune Expressway enhances connectivity to Pune city and nearby industrial hubs, making it a strategic choice for luxury real estate investments.

The property acquired by the celebrity couple comprises a luxurious plot-plus-bungalow setup. As per IGR records, the land measures approximately 0.4 hectares (equivalent to roughly 4,787.92 square yards), while the bungalow itself spans a built-up area of around 5,500 square feet (approximately 511.04 square meters). The registration process involved a stamp duty payment of Rs. 50 lakh and a registration fee of Rs. 30,000.
