Bigg Boss Telugu Season 9 kicked off last week with a fresh mix of 15 contestants, including both celebrities and commoners. The producers have added more spice this season than they did in the last one, and viewers are already paying attention to the early drama, emerging love songs, and unexpected turns.

The dynamics within the house started to heat up during the first week. While contestant Emmanuel is winning hearts with his comedic timing, rumors of a potential connection between Ritu and Pawan generated buzz. After being unexpectedly selected as the first captain of the house, Sanjana also garnered media attention.

Not every competitor, though, was able to meet the standards. Despite coming into the house with great expectations, Shrashti Varma did not have the desired effect. Fans and housemates were disappointed by her performance, and she didn't get as many votes as she had anticipated.

Nagarjuna's joke at the premiere that he would love to collaborate with Shrashti on a project after she leaves the show added to the surprise. Despite Shrashti's assured response that she wouldn't be leaving anytime soon, destiny had other ideas.

Shrashti Varma and Flora Saini were declared the bottom two by host Nagarjuna during the weekend's episode. Shrashti was eventually eliminated the show, making her the first competitor to be out of this season.

It's interesting to note that Shrashti made a sizable sum of money during her brief stay inside the house. According to reports, she was paid about Rs 28,571 per day, meaning that for just one week in the house, she took home nearly Rs 2 lakh.

Fans are shocked by her sudden elimination and are now interested in what she will do next, particularly in light of the rumors that she might work with Nagarjuna on a new project.
