Bigg Boss 18

In a heartfelt moment on Bigg Boss 18, actress Alice Kaushik shared the emotional struggles of growing up in a toxic household, marked by her parents' turbulent relationship. Alice revealed that her mother and father had constant fights, which affected her deeply as a child.

"My mom and dad never had a good equation. They would fight every day," she said, explaining how violence was a regular part of her life. Despite her father’s violent tendencies, Alice admitted feeling closer to him, as he could understand her emotions better than her mother.

When fellow contestant Nyrraa Banerji asked if her father had ever been violent toward her, Alice bravely confessed that both her parents had been physically abusive. "Violence was in his nature. We grew up in that. For us, this was normal," she added.

Alice also shared a heartbreaking story about learning of her father's death by suicide. After years of no contact, she called him at her mother’s request, only to be informed by a stranger that he had passed away. She was initially in disbelief until a photo confirmed the tragic news. The haunting image stayed with her for years.
