Ashnoor Kaur kicked off her acting career at the age of 4 with the role of Prachi in the popular TV show Jhansi Ki Rani. The actress has faced struggles with body image and has recently reflected on her experiences working 30 hours a day when she was six years old.

In a recent interview with Hauterrfly, Ashnoor recalled working for 30 hours continuously and said, “I’ve shot for 30 hours continuously. I was six at the time, and I was doing a show called Shobha Somnath Ki. I was so tired that I couldn’t function at all.”

The actress added, “My mother suggested that I take a nap for a couple of hours in the vanity. The production guys waited outside while I napped for safety, and then I started again.”

While talking about facing body image issues, the TV actress revealed that she went on a harsh water-only diet to look a certain way for her show. She admitted, “I fainted on set once, but I didn’t tell anybody that I wasn’t eating.”

However, Ashnoor is among the several well-known figures in the television industry who have previously discussed the lengthy workdays.

Previously, Krystle D'Souza recalled fainting on set after working 60 hours nonstop for television shows. Actor Shweta Tiwari also acknowledged working 72 hours straight for her shows. Additionally, Hiten Tejwani disclosed working more than 48 hours straight.

Ashnoor became a breakthrough star with her role as Mini Khurana in Sony TV’s Patiala Babes (2018–2020). Her credits also include Bollywood films like Sanju and Manmarziyaan.
