Raid 2 will soon release in Netflix

Ajay Devgn and Riteish Deshmukh starrer Raid 2 enjoyed a successful theatrical run and received positive reviews from the critics and audience alike. The film is now all set to make its way to the OTT platform.

Netflix has just taken to its official social media handles to announce the release date of the film. Raid 2 will be available to stream on Netflix from June 26.

The streaming giant shared a new announcement poster of the film and penned in the caption, “Aaj se ulti ginti shuru (The countdown begins from today) (fire emoticon) Amay Patnaik is back with a new case and the same old fire (punch emoticon) Watch Raid 2, out 26 June, on Netflix.”

Raid 2 also stars Riteish Deshmukh, Vaanir Kapoor and Saurabh Shukl in the pivotal roles. Directed by Raj Kumar Gupta, the film is produced by Bhushan Kumar, Kumar Mangat Pathak, Abhishek Pathak and Krishan Kumar.

The thrilling sequel revolves around Amay Patnaik, played by Ajay Devgn, an upright income tax officer. He gets transferred to Bhoj after being accused of demanding a bribe from a man whose house he raids.

The film takes a dramatic turn after Amay meets Dada bhai, portrayed by Riteish Deshmukh, a local politician, who reigns as the beloved personality of the masses. Amay gets suspicious and orders raids on his house and offices.

The film also earned well at the box office and became 2025’s top box office success after Vicky Kaushal and Rashmika Mandanna's blockbuster, Chhaava.
