Adivi Sesh's starrer Goodachari sequel will soon hit the theatres

Tollywood actor Adivi Sesh's starrer G2 (Goodachari 2) is one of the highly anticipated films of 2025. Fans have been waiting to watch the film in the theatres for a long time. However, the latest announcement has just increased the excitement among the fans.

According to 123Telugu, filmmaker Vinay Kumar Sirigineedi provided an update on the upcoming film, G2, during a recent Hit 3 event. He talked about whether the makers are looking forward to releasing the film in June 2025. Sesh didn’t deny the claim and just smiled, teasing that fans could soon watch the film in the theatres.

However, the makers are yet to officially announce the G2 release date. The much-anticipated film is said to be made on a budget of Rs 100 crore and features an ensemble cast including Emraan Hashmi in the pivotal role. Wamiqa Gabbi, known for her role in Baby John, is set to play the love interest of Adivi Sesh.

Madhu Shalini, Prakash Raj, and Jisshu Sengupta will star in the supporting roles. The film is produced by People Media Factory, Abhishek Agarwal Arts, and AK Entertainments. Sricharan Pakala has composed the music of Tollywood’s most-awaited spy action thriller.

G2 is the sequel to the 2018 blockbuster film, Goodachari. The film revolves around Gopi, who was recruited into RAW, but he is implicated in a plot to kill two RAW officials on his graduation day. Declared a wanted terrorist, Gopi fights to clear his name and find the people responsible. Although the plot of the upcoming sequel is kept under wraps, fans can expect exciting action sequences and a compelling storyline.
