Bollywood actress Aditi Rao Hydari, who is a Cannes patron, has recently returned to the red carpet of the 78th Cannes Film Festival in a glamorous Rahul Mishra Couture. She looked stunning in a shimmering ombré bodycon gown.
The actress’ hand-embroidered ‘Celestial Aura’ gown from Rahul Mishra’s Aura collection was notably crafted over 2,600 human hours. The strapless dress hugged her body perfectly, with a dark black colour at the top and gradually changing to shiny silver towards the bottom.
The gown featured intricate beadwork with resham threads, sequins, and glass bugle tubes, known as salli in India. The embellishments adorned the entire gown. She elevated her look with a Chopard diamond necklace and a statement ring. She kept her hair sleek, straight and parted down the middle.
The actress completed her look with glamorous makeup featuring a subtle glow and pink lips. Aditi Rao exudes glamour in a sophisticated, timeless, and effortless look. Designer Rahul Mishra first showcased the ensemble at Paris Haute Couture Week for Fall/Winter 2024.
She walked the red carpet for the premiere of the 2025 film, Fuori, which stars Elodie Di Patrizi, Valeria Golino and Matilda De Angelis, Corrado Fortuna, Stefano Dionisi and Antonio Gerardi.
Fuori is a 2025 biographical drama film co-written and directed by Mario Martone, based on the 1983 novel L'università di Rebibbia by Goliarda Sapienza.
