In the second phase of the 2024 general election, 14 constituencies of Karnataka will go for polling. One of the critical seats among the 14 seats is Bangalore South. The BJP has been winning the Bangalore South seat since 1996. However, this time, it will not be a cakewalk for BJP and Tejasvi Surya, the incumbent MP as Congress has fielded former MLA Sowmya Reddy for the Bangalore South seat.
