Prime Minister Narendra Modi launched a scathing attack on the Congress-AAP alliance in Delhi during his first rally in New Delhi ahead of the 2024 Lok Sabha elections.

He has accused the alliance of engaging in corrupt practices and labeled it as opportunistic.

The PM also criticized Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, over his alleged involvement in scams worth thousands of crores of rupees.

PM Modi accused the opposition INDIA bloc of resorting to divisive "vote bank" politics, alleging that the Congress government traded prime properties for votes during the 2014 elections.

He reiterated his opposition to "vote jihad" and criticized the alliance's support for reservation on religious grounds, restoration of Article 370, and abolition of India's nuclear arsenal.

PM Modi refuted claims made by Kejriwal regarding his successor, and reaffirmed his commitment to leading the country towards progress.

The PM highlighted his role in spearheading various developmental initiatives, including the construction of the new Parliament building and the war memorial, as evidence of his commitment to democracy.
