Kendriya Vidyalaya Class 1 admission: Registration starts today. Check here for eligibility, last date

The first provisional lists of selected and waitlisted registered candidate will be announced on April 19, 2024, followed by a second provisional list on April 29, 2024, and third provisional list on May 8, 2024.

Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan (KVS) has begun online registration for class 1 admission and the process will close at 5 PM on April 15, 2024. The admission details are available on kvsonlineadmission.kvs.gov.in.

Minimum age for admission in class 1 will be 6 years. Reckoning of age for all classes shall be as on March 31, 2024. Reservation of seats will be as per KVS Admission Guidelines 2024-25 available on the website kvsangathan.nic.in.

The first provisional lists of selected and waitlisted registered candidate will be announced on April 19, 2024, followed by a second provisional list on April 29, 2024, and third provisional list on May 8, 2024. To be sure, the second and third list will be issued only in the case of vacant seats.

Registration for fresh admissions, in Class 2 and above has also begun. The window will close on April 10, 2024 (up to 4 PM), if vacancies exist, in offline mode only.

The duly filled up form needs to be submitted to the office of the Principal in the respective KV. 4. All information regarding Admission & Registration forms for Class-II and above are available in the Vidyalaya Websites and registrations can be done as per the schedule for admission 2024-25.

It is important to note that admission will not be granted, if wrong and misleading information in the application form is found at the time of scrutiny by the KV.
