CBSE Class 10 Date Sheet: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has released the tentative date sheet for the Class 10 Board Examinations 2026. The exams will be held between 17 February and 15 July 2026 for students in India as well as abroad. Along with the main examinations, CBSE will also conduct the second examination for Class 10 and other assessments during this period.
In 2026, nearly 45 lakh candidates are expected to appear for the board examinations across 204 subjects in Classes 10 and 12 combined. The tentative timetable has been issued to help students, schools, and teachers plan their preparations, academic activities, and schedules in advance.
The exams will be conducted in the morning session from 10:30 AM to 1:30 PM. Practical examinations and internal assessments will take place before the theory exams, as per the schedule shared with schools. Evaluation of answer scripts will begin within ten days after each subject exam and is likely to be completed within 12 days.
