The Central Selection Board of Bihar (CSBC) has released the results for the Bihar Police Constable recruitment exam today, November 14. Over 1 lakh candidates have been shortlisted for the Physical Efficiency Test (PET).
Candidates selected for the Bihar Police Constable PET 2024 can check the eligibility for the Physical Efficiency Test (PET).
1. Physical Eligibility Requirement
Male Candidates
Height: General and OBC candidates must have a minimum height of 165 cm, while SC/ST candidates must be at least 160 cm tall.
Chest: A minimum chest measurement of 81 cm uninflated, expanding to 86 cm inflated (relaxations applicable for reserved categories).
Female Candidates
Height: General category female candidates must have a minimum height of 155 cm.
2. Physical Test Requirements
The rigorous physical test will assess candidates' fitness and athletic abilities across three crucial components:
Running
Male Candidates: 1.6 km must be completed within a maximum time of 6 minutes.
Female Candidates: A 1-km run must be completed within a maximum time of 5 minutes.
High Jump
Male Candidates: A minimum height of 16 feet must be cleared.
Female Candidates: A minimum height of 12 feet must be cleared.
