Sinclairs Hotels Ltd.

The company is in the business running holiday resorts and also has a
 transportation division. The company is part of the Pressman group
 founded by the Late H. C. Suchanti. The company has resorts at
 Siliguri, Darjeeling and Port Blair. With effect frm 1st April, 1993
 a group company namely, Pressman Resorts Limited was amalgamated with
 Sinclairs Hotels.
 
 2005
 
 -Company has changed its name from Sinclairs Hotels & Transportation
 Ltd. to Sinclairs Hotels Ltd.
