Gujarat Perstorp Electronics Ltd.

Gujarat Perstorp Elektroniks Ltd (GPEL) was incorporated on 1st
 January, 1990 under the name and style `Raunaq Perstorp Elektroniks
 Limited.  The name of the Company was subsequently changed to Gujarat
 Perstorp Elektroniks Ltd, with effect from 28th June, 1990.
 
 GPEL has set up a Plant at Gandhinagar Electronics Estate,
 Gandhinagar for the manufacture of Electronic Grade Copper Clad
 laminates with an installed capacity of 2000 MT per annum.  The plant
 was commissioned and formally inaugurated on 16th September, 1993 and
 commercial production commenced in October, 1993.
