Ebers Pharmaceuticals Ltd.

The Company was incorporated as a Private Limited Company on 5th
 October, 1978 and was subsequently converted into a public limited
 company on 5th November 1985.
 
 The Company was promoted by Mr. D.K.Sawant and Mr. U.C. Chogle, Mr. 
 Chogle was the Managing Director of the company until July, 1992.
 
 The Company manufactures Tablets, Capsules, Liquid Orals, Dry Syrups
 and oral Rehydration Salts for both exports and for domestic
 consumption.
 
 The expansion-cum-modernisation project of the company consist of :-
 
 
 1. Installing additional as well as balancing equipment in Tablets,
 Capsules and Dry Syrups Sections.
 
 2. Running the plant on multiple shift basis, and
 
 3. Installing new facility for the manufacture of parenteral and
 ophthalmic solutions from the year 93-94 after the rights issue.
 
 The company has established itself as a manufacturer of quality,
 pharmaceutical products and the company has been receiving regular
 Loan  Licence, work from reputed multinationals and Indian
 pharmaceutical companies like E. Merck, Boeringher, BDH, etc.  The
 company has also recently tied up with Geekay Exim Limited, an export
 house, is expected  to increase production levels substantially.
 
 The Company proposes to engage services of M/s Klenzaids Aseptic 
 Technologies Pvt. Ltd. for setting up the Sterile Section.  A Lumpsum
  fees of Rs.2.50 lacs is proposed to be paid to consultants.
