Company History - Divya Chemicals

Divya Chemicals Ltd. was set up in 1981 for the manufacture of
 Sulphuric acid with a plant at Roha in Maharashtra.  The company is
 owned by Danani group.  The Company came out with Public issue
 sometime towards the end of 1981.  In 1990-91 the company took over
 MP Agro Morarji Fertilizers.  In 1992 the company successfully
 completed the part of their further expansion-cum-diversification
 programme in respect of Sulphuric acid, oleum and chlorosulphonic
 acid project.
