Alexcon Extrusions Ltd.

Alexcon Extrusion Limited (AEL) was incorporated on 16th September,
 1988 as a Public Limited Company with the Registrar of Companies, New
 Delhi and obtained Certificate of Commencement of Business on the same
 day.
 
 The Company's Registered Office was in New Delhi and the same is
 shifted to Bombay for which approval from Company Law Board has been
 obtained, vide their order dated 13.2.91.
 
 The Company was incorporated with the main object of carrying on the
 business of manufacture of non-ferrous metal extrusion and its
 alloys, set up ferrous and furnaces, continuous casting and rolling
 mill plant for producing steel, alloy ingots and all kinds and sizes
 of re-rolled sections, etc.
 
 AEL has set up a 100% Export Oriented Unit to manufacture Aluminium
 Extrusion products comprising of tubes and solid sections which has
 application in industrial sectors viz. Automobile, Refrigeration and
 Air-conditioning, Heavy Engineering, Construction etc.  The Company
 has received Letter of Intent for manufacture of 5000 tpa of
 Aluminium tubes and tubing including capillary tubing at Vanavate
 Village, Khopoli Pen Road, Dist. Raigad, Maharashtra.
 
 PROMOTERS
 The Company is promoted by Mr Kiran P.Dalal, Mr. Shailesh P. Dalal
 and Mr. Chandrakant R. Khandelwal.  The Chief Promoter Mr. Kiran
 Dalal, and Mr. Shailesh Dalal, have around two decades of experience
 in International business through their other firms of over 50 years
 standing in shipping, import & export; and are well versed with
 international and domestic markets for various commodities and
 services.
 
 Mr Kiran Dalal and Shri Shailesh Dalal are partners in i) Orient
 Transport Company which is a clearing and forwarding agency; ii) M/s.
 Aspinwall Lukhmidars which is engaged in shipping industry as sea
 freight brokers and charters; and iii) M/s Orient Haulers & Movers,
 which is engaged in material handling needs of the grop companies. 
 Their functions in these firms include dealing with import clientele,
 overseeing and monitoring specific requirements of import cargo and
 its freight rate besides overseeing material handling requirements of
 imported consignments for clients.
 
 Mr Khandelwal, the technical brain behind the project, has 9 years
 experience as Technical Manager/Production-in-charge in manufacture
 of  Non-ferrous, Alloys, Castings and Sheet Metal.
